Definitions:

SINGLE SIDED - Copper circuits one side with a 5 mil dielectric on an Alum. or Copper base .020 to .125 thick

DOUBLE SIDED - Copper circuits two sides, dielectric and plated through holes bonded to a Aluminum or Copper substrate .020 to .125 thick.

MULTILAYER - Board with internal core and epoxy insulating the plated holes connecting the 2 circuit sides
